About the Role
They are seeking a tech-savvy, highly organized Supply Chain Specialist to support our end-to-end operations-from product development through production and global distribution.
This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility while requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and partners. You will play a key role in ensuring that our fashion-driven, fast-moving supply chain operates efficiently, leveraging AI tools, advanced Excel, and smart operational strategies.
Job Responsibilities
Production Planning & Supply Chain Execution
- Manage production planning and order allocation across multiple product categories (e.g., eyewear, accessories)
- Align supply plans with product development cycles and seasonal launches
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to balance availability and working capital
- Work closely with 3PL partners to manage global shipments
- Coordinate inbound materials and outbound finished goods distribution
- Track shipments, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous logistics improvements
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with design, product development, and technical teams to ensure alignment on timelines, feasibility, and specifications
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality standards and delivery expectations are met
- Support product lifecycle from concept through to final delivery
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business or related fields
- 3-5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or production planning, ideally within fashion, accessories, or consumer goods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, good understanding of data analytics solutions
- Proven experience working with international shipments and 3PL providers
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across global teams
- Fluency of English and Chinese is required
