DSJ Global is proud to be partnering with one of the fastest-growing logistics service providers in the world. As part of their strategic expansion across Iberia, we are currently supporting the search for a Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of their contract logistics division in Spain and Portugal.

This is a unique opportunity to join a global player at a pivotal moment in their development, with the chance to shape the commercial strategy and build out the local BD team from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
ยท Lead the development of the contract logistics business across Spain and Portugal.
ยท Build and manage the Business Development team, reporting directly to the Country Manager.
ยท Own national RFQs and collaborate closely with regional headquarters.
ยท Re-engage former customers and manage key relationships.
ยท Identify warehouse locations and logistics solutions in line with national regulations.
ยท Draft and execute sales strategy and business plans.
ยท Manage BD/sales budgets and internal procurement processes.
ยท Represent the brand at industry events, forums, and European BD meetings.
ยท Oversee billing and ensure timely payments.
ยท Collaborate with colleagues across Europe to support business growth.

Your Profile
We're looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment:
- 5+ years of experience in logistics; with a background ideally in operations and selling contract logistics (must be clearly demonstrated in your CV).
- Strong network within the Spanish logistics market-carriers, landlords, brokers, and suppliers.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Commercially driven, results-oriented, and confident in customer engagement.
- A true deal maker with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- Able to navigate complex organisations and take ownership of performance.
