IT & Indirect Services Strategic Sourcing Lead
A leading national organization in property management and development sector is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Lead to manage IT and Inderct Services. This role is pivotal in overseeing a diverse supplier ecosystem, optimizing technology spend, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and cost-effective IT solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for IT and Indirect Services categories including software, hardware, SaaS, cybersecurity, infrastructure, telecom, and managed services.
- Develop and execute RFI/RFP processes, evaluate vendor proposals, and lead contract negotiations.
- Manage supplier relationships across a broad technology landscape, ensuring performance, compliance, and innovation.
- Analyze IT spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities, vendor consolidation, and performance trends.
- Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, finance, and operations teams to align sourcing strategies with business and technical requirements.
- Ensure compliance with licensing agreements, data privacy regulations, and internal governance policies.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, vendor performance, and technology lifecycle management.
- Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and integration of IT solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT and Indirect Services procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT categories including cloud services, networking, software licensing, and cybersecurity.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale technology spend and complex supplier ecosystems.
- Experience negotiating enterprise-level contracts and managing vendor SLAs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement platforms (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Oracle).
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven, collaborative, and adaptable mindset.
