Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above (Business, Engineering, or related fields preferred)
- 10+ years of sales experience in industrial equipment within generators or diesel gensets are highly desired
- Proven track recrod in B2B / project-based sales (complex deals, long cycles)
- Strong commercial acumen: negotiation, stakeholder management, and deal closing
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions
- Willingness to travel frequently to South China, hybrid
