Role Overview
The company is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, positioning, and business execution of its RF/MMIC product portfolio. This is a highly visible role that operates at the intersection of engineering, sales, operations, and key customers.
This individual will combine deep technical expertise in RF semiconductors with strong commercial acumen to define product strategy, influence roadmaps, support customer engagements, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Development
- Define and drive product strategy and roadmap based on market trends and customer requirements
- Translate complex customer needs into clear, prioritized product definitions with supporting business cases
- Develop pricing strategies, cost targets, and ROI models for new product introductions
- Lead cross-functional execution for new and custom product development programs
Business Execution & Growth
- Own and maintain a rolling revenue forecast and pipeline visibility
- Drive funnel growth and new business across direct and indirect sales channels
- Support the development of customer proposals and internal business cases
- Partner with channel and distribution teams on design registrations, pricing, and opportunity development
Customer Engagement & Sales Enablement
- Act as a technical subject matter expert in customer meetings and design discussions
- Enable global sales teams with product collateral, training, and value-based messaging
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, helping resolve technical, quality, and delivery challenges
Cross-Functional Leadership & Market Intelligence
- Collaborate closely with engineering, applications, operations, and quality teams to support product success
- Analyze competitive landscape and market dynamics to inform positioning and strategy
- Develop application-focused content, tools, and supporting materials to drive product adoption
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in RF, microwave, semiconductor, or related technologies
- Strong understanding of RF components, MMICs, and relevant end markets (telecom, defense, infrastructure, etc.)
- Experience supporting customers and working closely with sales teams and distribution channels
- Demonstrated success with new product introductions and business growth initiatives
- Experience developing technical/commercial proposals and managing customer opportunities
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
- MBA or business background is a plus
