Role Overview
This is a high-impact product marketing and product management role focused on a portfolio of GaN-based RF/MMIC products.
The position sits at the center of engineering, sales, and customer engagement, and is responsible for driving product strategy, roadmap development, and commercial execution.
The ideal candidate will combine strong RF technical expertise with a business-oriented mindset, capable of influencing product direction while supporting real-time customer and revenue needs.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
- Define and drive product strategy and roadmap based on customer requirements, system needs, and market trends
- Translate complex technical and commercial inputs into clear, prioritized product definitions
- Identify emerging opportunities and align product features with application and system-level demands
- Develop business cases for new products, including pricing, cost targets, and ROI justification
Customer Engagement & Technical Leadership
- Act as the RF/GaN subject matter expert in customer-facing engagements and technical discussions
- Work directly with customers to understand evolving requirements and influence product direction
- Support design-in opportunities by aligning product capabilities with system-level specifications
- Represent the voice of the customer internally across engineering and product teams
Sales & Go-to-Market Enablement
- Partner with global sales teams to support pipeline growth, opportunity development, and revenue execution
- Enable sales channels with product collateral, training materials, and clear value propositions
- Support both direct and distribution channels with pricing guidance, design registrations, and program execution
- Contribute to forecasting and funnel visibility
Cross-Functional Execution
- Collaborate closely with engineering, applications, quality, and operations teams to support product development and lifecycle management
- Drive alignment across teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product performance
- Resolve customer-driven technical, quality, or delivery issues in coordination with internal stakeholders
Market Intelligence & Positioning
- Maintain a strong understanding of competitive products, market dynamics, and technology trends
- Develop and deliver product collateral, tools, and messaging to support market positioning
- Continuously refine product strategy based on customer feedback and competitive insights
What You Bring
- Strong technical foundation in RF semiconductors, GaN technologies, and MMIC design/applications
- Understanding of RF systems and system-level trade-offs influencing product requirements
- Experience supporting customer engagements, sales teams, and distribution channels
- Familiarity with RF testing, qualification, and reliability considerations
- Proven ability to balance technical depth with commercial decision-making
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills in cross-functional environments
- Self-driven with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in RF, semiconductor, or related technologies
- Experience with new product introduction, roadmap ownership, and business growth initiatives
- Background supporting both technical customer interactions and commercial execution
