Sr. HR Generalist
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for site leadership and employees
- Partner with managers on employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of talent
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive, high-performance culture
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies
- Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning initiatives
- Administer and support HR programs including performance reviews, compensation, and benefits
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights to leadership
- Partner with leadership on organizational changes, including restructuring and change management initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee records and support HR systems and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and HR best practices
- Proven ability to partner with and influence leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR operations
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
