主要業務責任（KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES）
- 事業戦略目標の達成に向け、契約およびプロジェクト（実行前・実行後の双方）を商業面から成功裏に遂行する。
- 強固な価格前提の策定および商業主導のソリューション提供に責任を持ち、再生可能エネルギー事業におけるビジネスケースの価値最大化を図る。
- 再生可能エネルギー事業の多様なニーズに対応するため、調達・契約戦略を立案し、調達および商業ポリシー・手順に準拠しつつ、エンドツーエンドで調達業務を遂行する。
- 主要サプライヤーとの関係構築・強化を推進し、P&C（調達・商務）チームと連携して戦略的アプローチを検討し、グループ全体のレバレッジを最大化する。
- 必要に応じて、複合的な専門分野チームをリードし、商業的に成功する入札・戦略・計画の策定および実行を推進する。
スキル・経験（SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES）
- 再生可能エネルギー事業に必要な市場、契約形態、地域、コモディティ、サービスに関する理解
- 調達、契約交渉、契約管理およびリスク管理、ならびにサプライヤーおよびサブコン管理の経験を有する類似職種での実務経験
- サプライチェーン概念の理解および改善推進経験を有する、複合的な事業環境での業務経験
- 大規模かつ複雑なビジネスケースにおける商業価値ドライバーに関する深い理解
- ステークホルダーエンゲージメントおよびマネジメントスキル（影響力、リーダーシップ、紛争解決、問題解決能力を含む）
- 優れたコミュニケーション力およびプレゼンテーション能力、高い商業感覚、継続的改善マインド

- エンジニアリング企業における調達マネージャーとしての経験
- サプライ契約、アフターサービス（長期サービス契約）、保証、輸送、通関等の領域での経験
- 建設関連企業におけるコントラクトマネージャーとしての経験
- 建設契約を扱うエンジニアリング企業での契約管理経験、および施工計画・建設関連法規の知識
- 日本語必須（ネイティブレベル）
