Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met or exceeded
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Align plant goals with company objectives
- Report directly to President and contribute effectively to executive-level decision-making
Required Experience:
- Experience with high-carbon and/or steel wire manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Experience managing plant operations, including production, maintenance, and quality
