Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met or exceeded
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Align plant goals with company objectives
• Report directly to President and contribute effectively to executive-level decision-making

Required Experience:

• Experience with high-carbon and/or steel wire manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Experience managing plant operations, including production, maintenance, and quality
