Regional Sales Manager - Packaging Services
My client is a global packaging solution company with operation across Europe and Asia Pacific including Hong Kong, serving clients across premium personal care and fashion products. Due to their business expansion, they are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join the commercial team for APAC markets (Excluding China).
Role Overview
As the Sales Manager - Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our market share across key countries in the region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and regional distributors to deliver value-driven solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across APAC markets
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and channel partners
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to tailor solutions
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in Asia Pacific markets
- Strong understanding of regional business cultures and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel frequently across the region
- Excellent in English speaking is a must
