About the Role
As the Utilities Supervisor, you will act as the Production Manager for all utility generation on-site. You will lead a team responsible for delivering reliable, compliant utilities to multiple facilities within the pharma plant.
Your key missions include:
- Ensuring stable production of all utilities required for GMP manufacturing
- Improving operational oversight to understand what is produced, for which facility, and when
- Driving process improvement and raising quality standards
- Monitoring daily performance and analysing operational data to identify risks and opportunities
- Providing hands‑on leadership to a team of 3 direct reports and coordinating with 7 maintenance technicians
