Your Role:
As a Global Customer Manager, you will be the key liaison between our company and major fashion/lifestyle brands. You will develop, manage, and optimize global supply chain solutions, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Strategic Customer Management - Build and maintain strong partnerships with global fashion & lifestyle clients.
✅ End-to-End Supply Chain Oversight - Oversee and enhance freight forwarding solutions across multiple trade lanes.
✅ Business Growth & Expansion - Identify opportunities to increase market share and develop customized solutions for clients.
✅ Operational Excellence - Ensure seamless execution of global logistics processes, working closely with internal teams.

What We're Looking For:
✔ 5+ years of experience in customer management within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain (fashion/lifestyle sector preferred).
✔ Strong understanding of global trade, transportation, and logistics solutions.
✔ Proven ability to build and maintain high-level client relationships.
✔ Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze supply chain performance and implement improvements.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
