CNC / Swiss Machine Operator (1st & 2nd Shift)

Shift Hours:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Compensation:
We offer competitive, market-aligned compensation. The potential pay range for this role, including shift differential, is $20.00-$25.00 per hour. Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.

Position Summary:
We are seeking skilled CNC / Swiss Machine Operators to set up, operate, and maintain CNC or Swiss-style equipment to produce high-quality precision parts. This role is critical to ensuring our production meets or exceeds quality and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC or Swiss machines to manufacture precision components
- Monitor and adjust equipment to maintain dimensional accuracy
- Perform in-process inspections using standard measurement tools
- Deburr, buff, and sand parts to meet print specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process issues
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance on assigned machines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of machine shop experience, including at least 2 years operating CNC or Swiss machines (required)
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
- Experience working with small, precision parts to tight tolerances
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus
