Are you a strategic and hands-on leader ready to make an impact in the medical device industry? We're looking for a Customer Service & Supply Chain Manager to lead operations across Spain and Portugal, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, outstanding customer service, and efficient supply chain performance.

About the Role

In this key leadership position, you'll manage a team of specialists responsible for end-to-end customer service and supply chain activities. From demand planning and procurement to logistics coordination and customer support, you'll ensure operational excellence while aligning with commercial goals and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team across Spain and Portugal.
  • Oversee order management, inventory control, and delivery logistics.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure service excellence.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Logistics to align operations with business strategy.
  • Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize SAP S/4HANA and Excel for data analysis and performance reporting.

Your Profile

  • Experience in customer service and supply chain management, ideally in the medical device or healthcare sector.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and advanced Excel.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
