We are seeking a Customer Service Representative I to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and collaborating across departments to deliver a strong customer experience.

The Customer Service Representative will support customers by managing inquiries, processing orders, maintaining account information, and working closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met accurately and efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain customer relationships via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Process customer orders and ensure accuracy
  • Manage order backlog and assist with forecasting to prevent stockouts
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Partner with internal teams (such as sales and purchasing) to verify customer requirements
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable learning new systems and software
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
