Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Manage inventory positioning across five distribution centers, handle backorders, and ensure seamless communication between teams.
Demand Forecasting: Collaborate on forecasting processes, analyze trends and seasonality, and support planning precision.
Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain supply chain performance dashboards, monitor key metrics, and produce insights for leadership teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with international operations, customer service, and finance to align on data accuracy, reporting, and issue resolution.
Desired Skills and Expertise
Supply Chain Expertise: 2+ years of experience in demand planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, or general supply chain is required
Advanced Data Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel and experience with data modeling.
Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to extract, validate, and analyze large datasets, driving decision-making.
