Job Summary:

The Distribution & Logistics Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain operations. This position involves analyzing data, forecasting demand, managing costs, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of goods to our member restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to inventory levels, order fulfillment, and transportation costs.
  • Demand Forecasting: Predict future demand to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely delivery of supplies.
  • Cost Management: Develop and implement strategies to minimize costs while maintaining high service levels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with restaurant owners, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any disruptions in the supply chain promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the food service or retail industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
