Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Export Specialist to join our team in Hamburg. This is a hands-on role where you will manage all aspects of export operations, ensuring smooth and compliant shipments for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle FCL and LCL export shipments from start to finish.
- Prepare and process all export documentation.
- Coordinate with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.
- Take ownership of customer accounts and provide exceptional service.
- Support and introduce new processes to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in export operations (not suitable for entry-level candidates).
- Strong knowledge of FCL and LCL exports.
- Ability to manage the entire export cycle independently.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to take responsibility.
- Proactive and willing to learn our business processes.
- Fluency in German
