About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Global Head of Quality - Consumer Home Appliances to lead the quality strategy and operations for our rapidly expanding smart consumer home appliances business. This is a mission‑critical leadership role responsible for shaping our end‑to‑end quality system-from product design to supplier ecosystem to final customer experience.
Job Description
Quality Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the quality strategy aligned with business goals and long‑term product roadmap.
- Lead and evolve the quality organization to achieve company-wide quality and performance targets.
Quality System & Risk Management
- Build and enhance a robust quality management system for smart home appliance products.
- Identify key quality risks, make data-driven decisions, and ensure issues are effectively prevented or contained.
Product Delivery Excellence
- Oversee quality strategies across multiple product lines, balancing delivery time, quality performance, and cost.
- Drive flawless execution from development to mass production to customer delivery.
Supplier & OEM/ODM Quality
- Shape and implement supplier quality strategies, partnering closely with OEM/ODM partners.
- Strengthen quality capabilities across the entire supply chain and value chain.
Team & Organizational Development
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing quality team.
- Lead organizational capability building, culture shaping, and talent development.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of quality leadership experience, including 5+ years managing large size, multi-level, cross-regional teams.
- Deep expertise in smart consumer home appliances.
- Proven experience on both brand side and OEM/ODM manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build or transform quality systems-ideally with 0→1 experience in a new business or cross‑border context.
- Strong business planning capability with a clear vision for the quality development.
- Strong leadership in talent development, team culture, and organizational capability building.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills across BUs, R&D, and supply chain partners.
- Highly decisive, pragmatic, open-minded, and results-driven.
