Position Summary

As the Strategic Sourcing Manager - Indirect Procurement, you will lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies across key indirect categories including IT, professional services, facilities, and HR. Your primary focus will be on maximizing value, enhancing supplier performance, and aligning procurement initiatives with broader business goals. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement strategies are tailored to organizational needs and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Design and implement sourcing strategies for assigned indirect categories to drive cost efficiencies, service improvements, and compliance.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships, lead negotiations, and secure agreements that optimize quality, service, and cost.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and dynamics to identify risks and uncover opportunities for innovation and value creation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to understand requirements and ensure procurement strategies support business objectives.
  • Cost Optimization: Deliver savings and operational efficiencies through strategic sourcing, process enhancements, and effective negotiations.
  • Contract Oversight: Manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring agreements meet performance expectations and adhere to company policies.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address supplier and sourcing risks to safeguard business continuity.
  • Sustainability & Diversity: Integrate responsible sourcing practices, including sustainability and supplier diversity, into procurement strategies.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular insights and analytics on category performance, savings achievements, and market developments.
