Your Impact
As Key Account Manager, you'll be the face of the company to a portfolio of high-value clients. You'll build trust, deliver value, and identify growth opportunities while collaborating with technical and business development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic maritime accounts
- Drive profitable sales growth aligned with commercial targets
- Build strong, multilevel relationships with customer stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute account strategies
- Conduct client visits, reviews, and proposals
- Use Salesforce and Power BI for performance tracking and opportunity analysis
- Ensure accurate CRM records, proactive contract management, and sound credit practices
- Work closely with Customer Service and Technical teams to ensure delivery excellence
What You Bring
- 4-5+ years of senior B2B sales experience, ideally in maritime or technical sectors
- Strong commercial acumen and customer-first mindset
- Understanding of the maritime industry; sea freight experience is a plus
- Background in marine engineering or sailing is a bonus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a bonus
- Energetic, self-aware, and collaborative personality
