Maintenance Manager
Position Overview
DSJ Global is working with a beverage company to identify a Maintenance Manager outside of Dallas, TX. Looking for a highly experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at a newly built, technologically advanced manufacturing facility in. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all plant equipment in a modern, high-performance environment.
The ideal candidate brings strong food & beverage manufacturing experience and a proven track record of leading maintenance teams in highly automated facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all maintenance operations across a state-of-the-art, newly constructed production facility
- Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize uptime
- Manage, mentor, and develop a maintenance team to support operational excellence
- Drive equipment reliability initiatives in a highly automated and technologically advanced plant
- Partner cross-functionally with production and engineering teams to improve performance and minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and capital improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, FDA, etc.)
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and cost reduction
- Utilize CMMS systems to track and optimize maintenance performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience (5-7+ preferred; no less than 5)
- Required: Food & beverage manufacturing experience
- Experience working in modern, highly automated or technologically advanced facilities
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, PLCs, and plant utilities
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance, or related field preferred
