Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with key customers to understand technical needs and secure design wins.
  • Support the transition of designs from concept to mass production.
  • Create and manage technical documentation, including application notes and reference designs.
  • Train field engineering teams on new products and system-level solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging applications and define technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to influence future product features and functionality.
  • Perform system-level testing and validation of new products, ensuring compliance with specifications.
  • Oversee the development of support tools such as evaluation boards, simulation models, and datasheets.
  • Coordinate product documentation and tool releases in alignment with product launch timelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in power electronics design or applications engineering.
  • Proven track record of working with Tier 1 customers and securing design wins.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, network analyzers, EMI tools).
  • Experience designing and troubleshooting complex power systems.
  • Familiarity with simulation and design tools (e.g., Pspice, SIMetrix/Simplis, MATLAB, Excel, Mathcad).
