About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable Procurement Manager who can independently manage the end‑to‑end procurement function, from strategic sourcing through to day‑to‑day procurement operations and contract administration.

This role suits a self‑driven, hands‑on professional who is comfortable taking full ownership of procurement activities, building structure where needed, and partnering closely with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, purchasing, and vendor administration
  • Develop and implement procurement processes, policies, and best practices
  • Lead supplier selection, RFP/RFQ processes, and commercial negotiations
  • Manage contracts, renewals, compliance, and contract administration end to end
  • Oversee vendor onboarding, performance management, and issue resolution
  • Ensure cost control, risk management, and service continuity
  • Act as the primary procurement point of contact, working independently with minimal supervision
  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation, reporting, and audit‑ready records

Job Requirements

We are looking for an independent‑caliber professional who is confident in operating autonomously and taking accountability for procurement outcomes.

Ideally, you will have:

  • A background in procurement for events, festivals, or live entertainment experiences, with proven ability to manage multiple suppliers, tight timelines, and operational complexity

Alternatively, you may come from:

  • A strong FMCG environment, with deep experience in supply chain, vendor management, and procurement operations, combined with:
    • A solid understanding of procurement best practices
    • Proven contract negotiation and contract administration experience
    • Experience managing suppliers at scale with limited oversight

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience managing end‑to‑end procurement operations independently
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and vendor management skills
  • Hands‑on experience with contract administration and compliance
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator able to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive, solutions‑oriented, and comfortable working in fast‑paced environments
  • Fluent in English and Chinese speaking
  • Immediately available
