Title: Product Line Manager, Material Handling

Salary: $110k - $120k + 15% bonus potential

Location: Huntersville, NC

Company Summary: A global manufacturer of retail and material handling solutions is investing in its highest-growth segment and seeking a product leader to drive strategy, innovation, and commercial performance.

The Product Line Manager will be responsible for:

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and full lifecycle management for the material handling portfolio
  • Lead new product development and launches, translating market needs into prioritized product requirements
  • Define go-to-market approach, including positioning, messaging, and commercial enablement with cross-functional teams
  • Set and optimize pricing strategy to drive revenue, margin, and competitive positioning
  • Deliver market, customer, and competitive insights to inform portfolio decisions and identify growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and finance to drive execution
  • Develop sales enablement assets and deliver training to ensure strong field adoption and customer-facing consistency

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in Product Management
  • 3+ years working with material handling carts or shelving solutions in a retail environment
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • Understanding of domestic and global supply chains
  • Ability to travel 25%, including international
