Program Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Program Manager to drive cross-functional coordination for advanced semiconductor product initiatives within RF, microwave, and high-performance analog markets. This role is centered on program execution, timeline ownership, and cross-team alignment-not deep technical design responsibility.

The ideal candidate brings strong program management discipline, experience supporting hardware or semiconductor-based product development cycles, and the ability to keep complex initiatives on track across engineering, product, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end program timelines for new product development and product lifecycle initiatives across RF/semiconductor product lines
• Drive cross-functional coordination between engineering, product management, operations, and commercial teams to ensure program milestones are met
• Establish and track project plans, deliverables, dependencies, and risks using structured program management tools and processes
• Lead regular cadence meetings (program reviews, status updates, execution checkpoints) to maintain visibility and accountability across stakeholders
• Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively implement mitigation plans to keep programs on schedule
• Ensure alignment between product strategy and execution timelines while maintaining clear communication across teams
• Support new product introductions (NPI) and collaborate with operations/manufacturing to ensure smooth product transitions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or related roles within semiconductor, electronics, or hardware-driven environments
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, particularly within RF, microwave, analog, or high-performance electronics industries
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Experience driving schedules, tracking deliverables, and maintaining organization across fast-paced product teams
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a detail-oriented, execution-driven mindset
• Familiarity with program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)

Preferred (Not Required)

• Exposure to GaN, MMIC, RF components, or semiconductor-based product lines
• Experience supporting engineering-heavy environments or hardware development programs
• PMP or similar project/program management certification
