Project Risk Manager (m/f/d)
We are looking for an experienced Project Risk Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of an international technology group operating in the fields of energy and automation solutions. The company has been one of the leading providers of intelligent, energy‑efficient, and sustainable technologies for many years and maintains numerous sites across Europe and worldwide.
Your Responsibilities
Objective Risk and Quality Management
- Conduct independent risk analyses in complex system integration projects
- Ensure quality throughout all project phases
- Evaluate high-value and potentially high-risk projects
Early Risk Detection
- Manage risk and quality assessments during the bidding phase
- Support project health checks and project handovers
- Prepare and conduct review meetings at senior management level
Governance and Interface Management
- Act as the central point of contact for Legal, Finance, Procurement, Quality Assurance, and technical specialists
- Coordinate measures to address and mitigate identified risks and quality issues
Portfolio and Cross-Project Reviews
- Perform regional project portfolio analyses
- Build and maintain a central knowledge base for risks, lessons learned, and recurring patterns
- Contribute to continuous process improvement
Data Management and Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain and structure central risk data using systematic tools
- Collaborate actively with project teams and management
Your Profile
- Several years of experience leading large system integration projects in Europe
- Strong knowledge of bidding and/or project management processes
- Ability to identify risks in a structured manner and develop solutions together with stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage
