Quality Engineer (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure and continuously improve product and process quality within the production environment
- Develop, maintain, and optimize internal quality standards, documentation, and management systems
- Act as the key interface for customer-related quality topics, including complaint handling, root cause analysis, and implementation of sustainable corrective actions
- Support and oversee quality-related activities in new product launches and change processes
- Conduct inspections, audits, and product-related tests across the value chain
- Analyze and improve quality performance using established methodologies and tools (e.g., statistical methods, risk analysis)
- Ensure compliance with and further development of relevant management systems
Your Profile
- Completed technical education, ideally in electrical engineering or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of production processes and industrial operations
- Experience with common quality methods and standards is an advantage
- Very good English skills; basic German is a plus
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
