Are you passionate about driving quality excellence and continuous improvement? A leading labeling and packaging company with nearly a century of innovation is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives at our York, PA facility.

As a key member of our operations team, you'll champion the development and execution of a robust Quality Management System (QMS), leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance processes, reduce defects, and elevate customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure supplier quality, internal audits, and training programs are aligned with our high standards of performance.

What You'll Do:

• Lead quality improvement efforts using Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Manage supplier quality and corrective action processes.
• Oversee internal audits and ensure compliance with QMS and control plans.
• Develop and coach quality technicians in testing, auditing, and root cause analysis.
• Standardize quality procedures across facilities and monitor performance metrics.
• Support change management and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to meet financial goals and reduce customer credits.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years in a leadership role within quality, engineering, or lean manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and other quality tools.
• Certified Lean and Six Sigma or CQE (ASQ or equivalent).
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Experience in flexographic, lithographic, or digital printing environments is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
