Sales Operations Manager
Job Summary:
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing sales processes, tools, and performance across the semiconductor business unit. This role supports strategic planning, forecasting, CRM management, and cross-functional coordination to enable efficient and scalable sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve sales processes, including pipeline management, order tracking, and performance reporting.
- Oversee CRM systems and ensure data accuracy, usability, and adoption across the sales team.
- Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and product teams to align sales forecasts with production and inventory planning.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to assess sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Support pricing strategy, contract management, and customer onboarding processes.
- Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance sales productivity.
- Provide analytical support for territory planning, quota setting, and incentive programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), ERP systems, and data visualization tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams.
