The Sr. EHS Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading the EHS strategy across North America, covering both U.S. and Canadian operations
- Managing a regional team, 5 direct and 6 indirect reports, to implement programs that reduce workplace injuries and environmental impact
- Driving initiatives related to equipment safety and conducting workstation risk assessments, prioritizing risk mitigation efforts
- Supporting the implementation of a robust Safety Management System and corrective actions from audits
The Sr. EHS Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 10 years experience in EHS, including team leadership
- Willingness to travel up to 50% North America (must be located near a major airport)
- In-depth knowledge of North American EHS regulations and proficiency in the iCare EHS system.
- Desired: Certifications in EHS and lead auditing
- English fluency required; multilingual skills are a plus
