Summary:

A global food ingredients company is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead strategic partnerships and drive growth across its Food & Beverage platform. This role focuses on delivering innovative solutions, managing high-value customer relationships, and executing long-term sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow key accounts and increase profitability.

* Lead contract negotiations and manage long-term customer relationships.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored ingredient solutions.

* Identify new opportunities across product platforms to drive innovation and differentiation.

* Guide the sales process from ideation to execution, aligning with internal capabilities.

* Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders to review account performance.

* Support customer service, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science, or related field.

* 5+ years of experience in key account management or strategic B2B sales.

* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

* Experience in the food and beverage industry preferred.

* Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects.
