Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner
Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their growing team and support efforts in attracting and hiring top talent. In this role, you'll lead full-cycle recruitment for a range of departments, working closely with internal stakeholders to align hiring strategies with organizational needs. We're looking for someone who brings creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering a positive candidate experience.
This role requires you to be on-site in Birmingham, AL 4 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment process from role kickoff through to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all candidates.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including digital platforms and social media.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, build effective interview plans, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with employment laws and internal policies.
Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire to drive continuous improvement.
Represent the organization at job fairs and networking events to promote our employer brand and attract talent.
Maintain strong communication and provide timely updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a dynamic or high-growth environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and general office software; experience with platforms like Workday is a plus.
Demonstrated success in building talent pipelines and executing hiring strategies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
