Compensation: $200,000+ (Base + Bonus + Benefits)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Transformation Leader to drive end-to-end supply chain modernization and digitization initiatives within a leading manufacturing organization. This role will spearhead strategic transformation projects, focusing on supply chain planning and technology implementation to enable operational excellence and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale supply chain transformation programs, including process redesign and technology enablement.
- Oversee implementation of advanced planning solutions (preferably o9 Solutions or Kinaxis RapidResponse).
- Drive digitization initiatives across supply chain functions to enhance visibility, agility, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align transformation strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and execute change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supply chain transformation and implementation projects within manufacturing (heavy manufacturing or automotive preferred).
- Strong expertise in supply chain planning systems (o9 or Kinaxis highly desirable).
- Deep understanding of supply chain digitization trends and technologies.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
