Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator serves as the key connection point between new customers and our Commercial and Operational teams. Acting as on‑site support for the Commercial team, this role builds strong customer relationships, ensures satisfaction, and helps guide customers through onboarding and product development. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and effective cross-functional collaboration with R&D, warehouse, production, and office teams.
Responsibilities
- Communicate customer expectations clearly and ensure internal accountability.
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, including product development, trials, pricing, and packaging.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns in partnership with internal teams.
- Maintain product expertise and ensure all customer requirements are met.
- Manage sample requests and coordinate shipping.
- Work closely with R&D and other departments to keep projects on track.
- Ensure a seamless handoff of onboarded customers to the Customer Service team.
- Support customer visits and facility walk-throughs.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in account coordination, customer service, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
