About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong commercial background in air and sea freight, freight forwarding, and logistics solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional who knows how to win new business, manage the full sales cycle, and build long‑term customer relationships within the Polish and international logistics market.

This is a key position for driving growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening our customer portfolio across Poland.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive new business opportunities within air and sea freight services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across various industry sectors.
  • Identify customer needs and propose tailored logistics and supply chain solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer expectations to support strategic sales decisions.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing directly to company growth.

Requirements

  • Approx. 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Key Account Management within freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Strong commercial knowledge of air and sea transport modalities.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new clients and delivering sales results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Native Polish speaker with strong written English skills.
  • Based in (or willing to work from) Warszawa, Gdynia, Poznań, Kraków, or Wrocław.
  • Self-driven, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, competitive environment.
