Für ein etabliertes Unternehmen aus der Logistik- und Supply-Chain-Branche in Hamburg suchen wir eine erfahrene und strategisch denkende Persönlichkeit als Business Operations Manager (m/w/d). In dieser Schlüsselrolle optimieren Sie Prozesse, steuern bereichsübergreifende Projekte und sorgen für effiziente operative Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Weiterentwicklung und Steuerung operativer Geschäftsprozesse im Logistik-/Supply‑Chain‑Kontext
  • Analyse bestehender Abläufe und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • KPI‑Tracking, Performance Reporting und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Operations, Vertrieb, Finance, Customer Service und Management
  • Leitung und Umsetzung strategischer sowie operativer Projekte
  • Einführung neuer Tools, Workflows und Strukturen zur Effizienzsteigerung
  • Sicherstellung von Qualitäts-, Compliance- und Prozessstandards

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Operations- oder Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Logistik, Transport- oder Supply‑Chain‑Branche
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Verständnis und sehr gutes Prozesswissen
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigeninitiative und starke Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Kommunikationsvermögen und souveränes Stakeholder‑Management
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
