About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Manager to lead our Aid & Relief vertical. This role is pivotal in driving commercial strategy, building strong client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence in delivering critical logistics solutions for humanitarian and emergency response projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to grow the Aid & Relief segment.
- Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, government agencies, and international organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage tender processes for large-scale relief projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of time-sensitive shipments.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to optimize pricing and service offerings.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations and ethical standards in humanitarian logistics.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in commercial management within logistics or supply chain, preferably in Aid & Relief or project cargo.
- Strong understanding of humanitarian operations and emergency response requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in challenging environments.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
