Corporate Services Procurement Analyst
An established global professional services organization is looking for a Procurement Analyst to join its sourcing and procurement team. This position will focus on supporting strategic initiatives across several corporate categories, including facilities, HR, marketing, and legal services. The role combines data-driven analysis with supplier management to deliver cost savings, improve processes, and strengthen vendor relationships. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Analytics & Insights:
- Review and interpret spend data to uncover trends and identify opportunities for savings.
- Build reports and dashboards that guide sourcing decisions and track performance metrics.
- Monitor KPIs such as compliance, supplier performance, and realized savings.
Sourcing Support:
- Assist with competitive bidding processes (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) by preparing documentation and analyzing proposals.
- Evaluate suppliers on cost, quality, service levels, and risk factors.
- Contribute to category strategies and vendor consolidation efforts.
Contract Oversight:
- Maintain accurate records of agreements and renewals.
- Support compliance checks and contract extensions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational policies.
Process Optimization:
- Recommend improvements to procurement workflows and reporting tools.
- Help implement new technologies or automation solutions to increase efficiency.
- Share best practices within the sourcing team.
Collaboration & Relationship Management:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand priorities and deliver solutions.
- Support supplier engagement initiatives to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of procurement or sourcing experience, ideally in corporate services categories.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with ERP and contract management systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Background in a professional services environment is a plus.
