Digital Marketing Specialist
Role Overview
The Digital Creative Executive (Lifestyle) supports the development and execution of visually driven marketing campaigns across digital, social, and retail channels. This role plays a key part in translating brand strategies into engaging visual content while working closely with internal teams, regional partners, and licensors to ensure consistency and quality across markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Brainstorm and develop innovative, comprehensive marketing strategies for product release across both online and offline channels
- Create marketing and communication materials including social media visuals, infographic, motion graphic, and basic video editing
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce engaging visuals that resonate with target audience and align with business goals, brand image, and guidelines
- Conduct market research on latest trends in digital and in-store visual merchandising; turn insights into actionable go-to-market plans.
- Coordinate with licensors to secure approvals for marketing assets
- Work with regional teams to align different go-to market strategies
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a creative, digital, or marketing role, preferably within advertising, design, or brand‑focused environments
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; basic skills in Premiere Pro and/or After Effects are required
- Solid understanding of layout, composition, typography, and visual branding
- Creative, proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently under tight deadlines
- Prior exposure to fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin
- Portfolio submission is required and should showcase both digital and campaign‑based design work
