The Director of Maintenance will provide strategic leadership for all maintenance and asset reliability activities across several facilities. This includes overseeing maintenance managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure optimal equipment uptime, compliance, and support for production and quality operations. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with strong technical expertise and a proven ability to drive performance, reliability, and cost efficiency across multiple locations.

- Develop and execute a multi-site maintenance strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Drive safety performance through audits, training, and incident investigations across all facilities.
- Ensure accurate maintenance records and reporting using advanced digital tools and CMMS systems.
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs at multiple sites.
- Lead and mentor maintenance leadership teams, fostering talent development and succession planning.
- Manage multi-million-dollar maintenance budgets, forecast expenditures, and implement cost controls.
- Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to executive leadership and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Champion capital projects and process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and plant performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices across all locations.

Required:
- 12+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including leadership roles.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment (required).
- Experience managing maintenance operations across multiple sites.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related technical field.
- Experience managing large teams and complex maintenance operations.
Preferred:
- Master's degree or advanced certifications in maintenance/reliability.
- Experience as a Maintenance Director or multi-site maintenance leader.
- Strong background in capital project management and strategic planning.
