Our client is a leading provider of solutions for water and wastewater treatment, serving industrial and municipal markets. They are seeking an experienced leader to manage a team and drive growth across sales, application engineering, and product lifecycle initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a territory serving industrial and municipal customers and manage a team of Sales and Application Engineering professionals.
 - Drive territory sales strategies, manage opportunities in CRM, and report key metrics to ensure profitable growth.
 - Oversee relationships with third-party representatives and lead sales and application engineering for system, standard product, and aftermarket opportunities.
 - Collaborate across teams to deliver projects, ensure customer satisfaction, and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence.
 - Partner with stakeholders to execute product portfolio strategies and drive continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
 
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in municipal and wastewater treatment markets
 - Proven expertise in technical sales, including selling through independent rep networks, bidding municipal projects, and estimating mechanical equipment.
 - Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
 - Ability to interpret complex data and work independently while managing multiple priorities.
 - Willingness to travel nationally up to 50% for customer visits, trade shows, and meetings.
 
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience.
