Role Overview:
Lead the quality organization at a growing manufacturing site, with full ownership of ISO 9001 certification and quality system development. This role requires a hands‑on, experienced quality leader who can strengthen customer quality, drive process consistency, and support both domestic operations and international manufacturing partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full ISO 9001 certification process, including hands‑on execution and system implementation.
- Build, formalize, and manage site‑wide quality systems, documentation, and procedures.
- Oversee and support quality activities with international manufacturing partners.
- Partner with site leadership to drive a strong quality culture and operational accountability.
- Lead, coach, and develop a lean quality team, including Quality Manager, Supervisor, Trainer, and Inspectors.
- Improve customer quality processes-audits, questionnaires, corrective actions, and external requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and quality system maturation across products and processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of quality leadership experience in manufacturing.
- Proven experience leading ISO 9001 certification from start to finish.
- Background in electronics or electromechanical manufacturing strongly preferred.
- Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to execute and build processes in a lean environment.
- Strong communication, influence, and change‑management capabilities.
- Ability to challenge legacy processes and guide teams through quality transformation.
