With manufacturing operations in the U.S. and R&D centers across North America, Asia, and Europe, the team focuses on delivering innovative, scalable energy storage solutions for a wide range of applications.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of energy storage solutions for the Americas market, including utility-scale, commercial & industrial (C&I), and microgrid/backup power applications, across the full solution lifecycle.
- Define and execute technical solution strategies aligned with business objectives, including market and competitor analysis, technology trend assessment, and strategic positioning within the energy storage sector.
- Provide pre-sales technical leadership for major projects, including customer requirements analysis, system architecture and solution design, bid and proposal development, technical presentations, and support during commercial negotiations, with a focus on large-scale projects (50+ MWh).
- Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Sales to ensure solution designs align with product roadmaps, production capabilities, and regional market requirements.
- Develop and maintain standardized technical solution documentation and tools, such as reference architectures, application guidelines, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and single-line diagrams, to support consistent and scalable project execution.
- Ensure all solutions comply with applicable North American codes, standards, and regulations, including NEC and UL requirements (e.g., UL 9540A), as well as regional grid interconnection standards.
- Provide technical oversight during project execution, support the resolution of complex technical issues during deployment, and assist with post-installation optimization and customer support to ensure successful long-term system performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Energy Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in the energy storage industry, including at least 5 years focused on ESS solution design, pre-sales engineering, or project delivery, and a minimum of 3 years managing or leading technical teams.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a strong track record delivering utility-scale or large C&I energy storage projects, particularly within international or North American markets.
- Deep technical expertise in energy storage system architecture, including battery technologies (LFP preferred), PCS, BMS, EMS, and balance-of-plant equipment such as inverters, transformers, and switchgear.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop customized technical solutions and address complex system-level challenges in customer-facing environments.
