Director of Warehouse Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day warehouse operations across receiving, storage, picking, and shipping
- Drive performance through KPI tracking, labor planning, and process optimization
- Lead, develop, and mentor warehouse leadership and frontline teams
- Implement safety programs and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
- Improve inventory accuracy and warehouse management systems utilization
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and drive operational efficiency initiatives
- Collaborate cross functionally with transportation, procurement, and customer teams
Requirements:
- 10+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience
- Proven success managing high volume operations and large teams
- Strong understanding of WMS, inventory control, and lean methodologies
- Track record of improving KPIs, safety, and operational performance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
