We are seeking an experienced and motivated E&I Supervisor to join our client's team in Oxnard, CA. In this permanent role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems within a dynamic, thriving packaging environment. Key Skills and Responsibilities
- Electrical Systems Maintenance: Oversee and maintain complex electrical systems, ensuring their performance and reliability.
- PLC Programming & Troubleshooting: Apply your expertise in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for efficient troubleshooting and process optimization. Experience with Rockwell and Allen Bradley platforms is a plus.
- Control Valves: Manage and maintain control valve systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs): Handle VFDs effectively to optimize machinery performance.
- Leadership Experience: Lead and inspire a team, driving excellence and fostering a positive work environment. This role will serve as a mentor with supervisory responsibilities.
- Experience in similar industries such as pulp and paper products, pharmaceuticals, waste water treatment, chemical manufacturing, food and beverage production, oil and gas refinery is a plus.
