Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution.
- Internship, co‑op, or professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility verification required at time of hire.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PLC programming.
- Experience with HMI development.
- Familiarity with Allen‑Bradley PLCs, RSLogix, and Studio 5000.
- Experience with Wonderware, iFIX, and SCADA systems.
- Knowledge of electrical distribution systems below 600V.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical.
- Experience working with industrial robots (e.g., Motoman or similar).
- Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and NFPA 79 standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Familiarity with thermocouples, RTDs, transmitters, and flowmeters.
- Understanding of variable frequency drives (VFDs).
