Engineering Manager (f/m/d)
We are seeking a dynamic leader to build, lead, and mentor a team of Process Development and Integration Engineers focused on advancing high-voltage silicon IGBT and MOSFET technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead process integration efforts for high-voltage semiconductor devices, ensuring robust and scalable solutions for next-generation technologies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Design and Process Engineering teams to develop and refine manufacturing processes aligned with performance and reliability targets.
Oversee the transition of processes from R&D to high-volume production, ensuring seamless ramp-up and adherence to design specifications.
Partner with wafer fabrication teams to enhance yield, improve process stability, and support efficient, high-volume manufacturing.
Identify and resolve process-related issues, driving continuous improvement in alignment with cost, performance, and reliability goals.
Qualifications
Master's or PhD in Semiconductor Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in process integration within a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Deep technical expertise in semiconductor device processing, particularly for high-voltage applications.
Proven leadership and mentoring experience, with a track record of guiding engineering teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
