Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on developing advanced composite materials and resin systems for industrial applications. This role combines technical leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring that engineering projects meet performance, quality, and safety standards while driving innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in polymer chemistry, composites, or resin systems.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality systems in manufacturing environments.
